“The bus arrived and hour and a half late. Was over crowded. Stopped and had to change buses. Staff did not communicate. Nothing was explained in English. The bus was dirty. Very unsatisfied.”

“Driver complained because we only had an electronic ticket. Delayed because luggage handling and payment if very poorly handled. No ticket scanning option. No wifi or power outlets. Take a trip on Flixbus and see how things should be done. ”

“The bus was old and shaky, not really comfy, wifi and 80% of sockets not working, but the drivers were awesome, constantly checking if the temperature was ok, being friendly and pleasant. So - bad management and company (this time, I must say I had a good experience so far), but awesome people doing their job well! ”
